What happens in the form
The estimate helper prepares a message in your browser. It does not submit the fields to a server, save them in browser storage or upload photos. Your message leaves this site only when you choose to send it through your own texting or email app. You can review and edit it first.
Texts, email and photos
If you choose to contact Carlos, your messaging or email provider processes that communication under its own terms. Carlos receives what you send, including any photos you attach. Send only information needed to discuss the project.
Hosting and external links
The hosting provider may process basic request information, such as your IP address, when delivering these pages. This site adds no analytics scripts. Fonts and project images are hosted with the site. Links to CSLB and city websites take you to services with their own privacy practices.
Project photo privacy
Published project photos have location metadata removed. Identifying details such as house numbers, faces and license plates are excluded. No photo is labeled with a specific city unless its location has been verified.
Questions about your information
Contact Carlos using the details on the contact page to discuss information or photos you have shared. Phone and email contact are temporarily unavailable.
